• Usage & Technical Data: Browser type, operating system, preferred language, and access timestamps to ensure uptime and detect abuse.

Your information is used strictly to deliver and improve Smart Files services:

• Executing user-requested file conversions, OCR processing, compression, and AI document chat.
• Providing account authentication, quota tracking, and subscription verification.
• Maintaining platform reliability, preventing automated DDoS/bot abuse, and debugging technical errors.

3. Document Privacy & Automated Deletion

We believe your documents belong to you. We do NOT inspect, read, sell, or train public AI models on the contents of your uploaded documents. All file conversions are processed by automated server routines, and temporary files are automatically cleaned up.
